3. Second Walk-through: If you choose to proceed we will conduct another walk through with any necessary subcontractors, as well as finalize the scope and details of your dream project.

4. Fine-tune the design/finalize the estimate: With our fully transparent pricing, we will provide a multi-line item scope of work. Each item will have final pricing attached to it so that you know exactly what the full scope of the project is, as well as all associated cost.

5. Construction: The fun part…. Once approved, we begin the construction phase, ensuring quality craftsmanship and continuous communication
